Proposal Submission Deadline: August 8, 2010

A tutorial is a half-day or a full-day gathering that is cross-disciplinary in nature and that aims to give participants a brief overview of the subject matter. Some tutorials may be actually advanced seminars that are an in-depth survey of the topic for those who already have significant background in the area under discussion.
The topics related to the theme or any major topics of the main conference including (but not limited to) the following:
Service innovation for value co-creation
Service oriented business models
Service definition, design, execution and recycling
Service security, privacy and trust in distributed service networks
Service mashups and integration solutions
Context-aware and mobile services
Scalable and sustainable service designs
Socially interactive services
Ontology, semantic web and business rules for services computing
Service oriented solution patterns, choreographies, orchestrations and repositories
Infrastructures, standards and inter-organizational practices for federations of service-oriented enterprises
Case studies of service systems and cloud computing implementation and management
Self-service and smart technologies and management
Automated service-level agreement negotiation and orchestration
Collaborative service management in B2B and B2C e-commerce
B2B and B2C processes for service negotiation, operations, and management
The commoditization of business processes (e.g. out-tasking, ITIL, SCORE)
The commoditization of software (e.g. the software-as-service model, software Oriented architecture, application service providers)
The commoditization of hardware (e.g., on-demand, utility computing, cloud computing, software oriented infrastructure with virtualized resources, infrastructure service providers)

Proposal Contents and the Submission Instructions
Your proposal must include the following. Tutorial proposals should not exceed three pages.

Title as you want it defined in conference materials, including program and web site.
Specify clearly that your proposal is to be a full- or a half-day session.
Define the proposed subject; discuss the topics the session will address, and how they fit the particular area of research.
A short paragraph of describing the topics of session (abstract of tutorial that will be published in proceedings).
Names and full mailing address, direct phone number and fax, and email addresses for all leaders.
A short bio-sketch.
Proposals should be submitted electronically to one of the below Tutorial Co-Chairs.

PROCEEDINGS: The tutorial abstracts will be published in the ICSOC 2010 proceedings published by Springer-Verlag under the Services Science series.
