The online registration deadline was January 8.
Subscriptions after January 8 will only be accepted on site. .

The base registration fee is 300EUR. A 20% discount is reserved to students who provide a certificate to the conference site.

Please note:

• All subscriptions arriving before November 23 shall be considered for accommodation in the conference venue hotels, that will grant a shuttle between the hotel and the conference room right in front of Hotel Spinale;
• All subscriptions arriving between November 24 and December 7 shall be considered for accommodation, but we cannot grant the availability of rooms in the venue hotels. We expect (but cannot guarrantee) to find "reasonable" alternatives;
• All subscriptions arriving between December 8 and January 8 will not be considered for accommodation by the organizing committee;
• Subscriptions after January 8 will only be accepted on site.
