Projects

Top

I'm a member of the following projects:

Tropos

Tropos proposes a software development methodology founded on concepts used to model early requirements. In particular, the proposal adopts Eric Yu's i* modeling framework, which offers the notions of actor, goal and (actor) dependency, and uses these as a foundation to model early and late requirements, architectural and detailed design. The methodology complements proposals for agent-oriented programming platforms...  read more

MEnSA

The main objective is the creation of agent-oriented software engineering methodologies that support the development of complex software systems. The methodologies will assist the whole development process, from the requirements analysis to the actual implementation of the systems, using a metamodel-based approach. The expected result is a contribute in filling the existing gap between agent-oriented methodologies and multi-agent systems ... read more

Andiamo

Based on the use of location and available car seats, Andiamo allows a substantial number of people to share car rides, using their cellular phones. This system would, among other advantages, rationalize energy consumption, save money, and decrease traffic jams and human stress, and eventually make a significant improvement in human life..... read more

ToothAgent

ToothAgent is a multi-agent architecture aimed at supporting virtual communities of co-located users. It combines multi-agent systems and Bluetooth communication technology and allows users to access various services offered by the multi-agent platforms running in distributed servers via their mobile devices (cellular phones and PDAs). ToothAgent is domain independent (it does not depend on the specific services offered by the servers) and independent from the multi-agent technology adopted... .. read more

LAMA

The Laaboratory for Mobile Applications (LaMA) is a research initiative that was born in 2006 at the Department of Engineering and Computer Science of University of Trento. The mission of the laboratory is to explore R&D opportunities offered by the new mobile technology and propose to the private sector innovative software prototypes. The research group is made up of researchers and students with a strong experience in Software Engineering, Agent Technology and Mobile Applications. In this web site you can find the LaMA work: projects, publications, and software ... read more.

BlueAgents

BlueAgents is a research group initiative that was formed on March-03 to combine between the research interests of two different sectors; the private sector R&D activities, and the public sector research fields, shaped in the University of Trento (UNITN). BlueAgents focuses on the integrations between Bluetooth communications and Agent-Oriented Software Engineering, particularly for mobile-based applications. Some other relevant topics are involved; Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), Information Retrieval, Databases, Wireless Networks Architectures - Application Layer... .. read more
