Principal customers and projects are listed below. * CRF (FIAT Research Center, Torino, Italy). INFOCAR: expert-based and user-based evaluation of innovative on-board information systems. Steering-wheel commands: lab-experiments to provide ergonomic guidelines for command design. * EC-project CEMVOCAS: driving-simulator experiments to investigate the workload induced by car-phones. * Elderly drivers: lab-experiments to provide design guidelines on an age-related perspective. Headlights: field study. Multifunctional on-board systems: field study (in collaboration with Magneti Marelli). * AINE Consortium (Autostrade Italiane Nord Est, North East Italian Motorways). * EC project TROPIC: survey to investigate the semantic content of Variable Message Systems - VMS's.
