Project astract Design and prototype development of micromachined silicon accelerometer for avionics, automobile pollution monitoring and control.<br/>Design and prototype development of flow/ pressure sensors for biomedical/ environmental monitoring applications.<br/>Design and verification of CMOS based interface electronics for integration of sensors to achieve a microsystems<br/>The partner institutions will venture for establishing a rugged, low cost process for the development of the micromachined silicon sensors. The University of Trento is involved in the development of the interface electronics for MEMS and verification in FPGA or DSP based microprocessors.
