Project astract MOTUS aims to improve the management, sustainability and eco-compatibility of mobility through a paradigm change which puts the citizen/tourist at the center of the system, as infomobility service user and builder.<br/>MOTUS is a platform of services able to detect, aggregate and interpret urban mobility in real time starting from information gathered on the heterogeneous infrastructures available on the road system as well as data provided by mobile devices positioned in the areas of interest.<br/>MOTUS will be able to process in an innovative way the mobility data with the goal to develop suitable traffic models to support monitoring and planning services, which will be used to plan actions for infrastructure enhancement and existing systems improvement.

DISI Sub-project details

Project astract DISI will work on the eco-mobility sub-system of the MOTUS platform, on the aspects related to data gathering in the Trentino testbed, information processing, traffic modelling, prototype deployment.
