Project astract The goal of this project is analyzing the current criticalities of Informatica Trentina's software development practices (at management, process, methodological, and tool level), overviewing the best practices available in the literature and on the market that help address such criticalities, and define the steps and a plan to introduce them in Informatica Trentina.<br/><br/>During the project three documents will be produced:<br/><br/>1. Choice of the processes for software development and software mainteinance.<br/>2. Choice of the methodologies for software development and software mainteinance<br/>3. Plan for introducing the chosen processes and methodologies in Informatica Trentina.<br/>
