Project astract Development of a matrix of innovative electro-optical gas sensors suitable for sensing odours. The sensors will use gas sensitive metalloporphirins deposited on the active surface of silicon integrated photodiodes and phototransistors with enhanced sensitivity in the blue region of the spectrum.
