Project details

Project astract The project aims at realising a compact radiographic system for mammographic imaging applications. The system consists of pixel detectors made on thick silicon wafers (up to 1mm) and possibly embedding the front-end transistor (JFET) in the detecting element, coupled to photon counting read-out electronics.
