Project astract The main goal of this project is to define a methodology for how to facilitate innovation actitivities and the creation of high tech startups within a territorial system. The key idea is to facilitate the synergy among users, enterprises and research centers. The enabling factor is the definition of a proper innovation strategy and the activation of projects within selected areas. The methodology should also be experimented with a set of startup projects and the abilitating coordination processes are also defined.
