Project astract Development of a new type of battery operated Silicon Integrated H2 Sensor based on the Kelvin Probe principle. The presence of H2 modifies the value of a Palladium covered sensing capacitance; this modification is detected by using a variable vibrating capacitor and a suitable interface electronics.
