Project astract The main goal of this project is to define a methodology for how to facilitate<br/>innovation actitivities and the creation of high tech startups within<br/>a territorial system. The key idea is to facilitate the synergy among<br/>users, enterprises and research centers. The enabling factor<br/>is the definition of a proper innovation strategy and the activation<br/>of projects within selected areas. The methodology should also be<br/>experimented with a set of startup projects and the abilitating<br/>coordination processes are also defined.<br/>
