Commited changes to the test server.
Now in case of the POST of the scientific resource with the existing URI, the server returns HTTP status OK instead of Created, 
and the response body contains the resource that has this URI.

Bug description:
In cooking area of an LJ, when I create a new resource to add to LJ and a resource with such URL exists already, resource is not created and there is no error message
