This bug is much more interesting than I thought. This time I created a label successfully, and when I wanted to create a journal, it proposed me to create a label, filling the name with the label I just created.
On the other hand, if I create resource or issue, the correct form pops up.
It seems that exiting LJ page and entering again helps (login/logout?).

Bug description:
at Demo server I created an LJ, added there a resource, went to readings, want to create a new label and when I press "create new label" it pops up the form for creating now LJ with the data filled for the LJ I created. Moreover, you cannot close the form, so you can only create this duplicated LJ.
