Symposium SIES 2010
Wed Jun 23, 2010
The aim of the fifth International Symposium on Industrial Embedded Systems - SIES 2010 is to bring together researchers and practitioners from industry and academia and provide them with a platform to report on recent developments, deployments, technology trends and research results, as well as initiatives related to embedded systems and their applications in a variety of industrial environments.
The symposium is driven in focus by those application domains that have had a considerable impact on the evolution of embedded systems, in terms of the required methodologies, supporting tools and the resulting technologies. Of particular interest are the areas of Systems-on-Chip (SoC) development, methodologies for design and verification, the design of networked systems, and original solutions for embedded applications in domains that range from industrial automation, automotive control and building management, which implement complex devices integrating sensor/actuator functionality.
